What is your cancellation policy?
We all know that scheduling conflicts and emergencies arises all of a sudden and are sometimes unavoidable. Missed bookings can cause unnecessary and significant inconvenience to both the customers and the company.
What do I do if I need to change my appointment date or time?
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. If Appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours from a scheduled Appt. time- No charge. * 3 Exceptions per year.

- 25% booking cost - Reschedules same day Before Appt.

- 50% booking cost - Reschedules After Appt. time

– 50% of the booking cost - Cancels less than 24 hours before time of Appt.

No Shows - 100% of the booking cost

If an Absolute Emergency, such as need to go to the Hospital or Home Emergency - 1 Exception @ no charge.

Will be applied to the credit/ debit card used at purchase, per policy percentage written above^.

Definitions
Sympathetic nervous system reactions:
Short breaths, makes us feel as if we’re in danger or about to be attacked; blood spread to appendages + away from heart & organs, narrowed (tunnel) vision, unsettled (shakiness) triggering a stress response to run (flight) or stop in your tracks (freeze).

Parasympathetic nervous system reactions: 
Relaxes the body systems to flow naturally with the rhythms of our cells + environment, have a wider (peripheral) vision + awareness of our surroundings, calmer state of being, increased ability to more clearly solve problems.

We reserve the right to discharge any case where the therapist feels that the case is beyond the scope of practice of this clinic or the client refuses to co-operate with the recommendations mutually agreed upon.
