Performed while seated, fully clothed on a portable chair, specially designed to support the front of the body. For a quick fix, get relief in a matter of minutes. Involves a general over-the-clothes style massage of your head, neck, shoulders, knees, back, arms, or hands. 
ACUPRESSURE
Acupressure relieves inflammation, pain, and stagnation. Minimizes pain, headaches, and various disorders. It works vicariously via referral points away from the area of tension or distress, which are pressed rhythmically.
REFLEXOLGY
A type of massage that require applying varying amounts of pressure & techniques to points on feet, hands, and ears. Originated from ancient traditions based on a theory that these areas are pathway points to certain organs and body systems.
